If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Our service.

As a subscriber, you are entitled to exercise your right of cancellation at any time. You may cancel your subscription by either contacting us or doing it from your dashboard. The outcome of your cancellation will depend on when you decide to do it. Take note of the following effects:

• Your current subscription will still be valid.
• You may continue practising your downloaded tests.
• There will be no pro-rata refunds.

• You will no longer be charged unless you re-subscribe.
• You will be able to see and download previously downloaded tests.
• You will not be able to download new tests.
• If you re-subscribe, you will be charged with a new subscription rate (whatever the latest rate is at the time you decide to re-subscribe).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for the following or any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

1. (i) Breach of these Terms and/or any other agreement with Prepmewell
2. (ii) if Prepmewell reasonably suspects that you are using the Website, Products, and/or Services to breach the law or infringe third party rights;
3. (iii) if Prepmewll reasonably suspects that you are trying to exploit or misuse Prepmewell’s policies;
4. (iv) if Prepmewell reasonably suspects that you are using the Website, Products, and/or Services fraudulently, or that Products or Services provided to you are being used by a third party fraudulently;
5. (v) if you fail to pay any amounts due to Prepmewell;

Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of our site. In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we shall immediately revoke all passwords and account identification issued to you and deny you access and use of our site in whole or in part.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some segments of our site, or the entire site, to users, including registered users.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction of The Republic of Canada.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Prepmewell, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys fees arising from your breach of our terms and conditions or violation of any law or third party rights.
